| I'm dealing with a dognapping situation where we were trying to re-home this dog and found owners who claimed they loved him. They told us that they wanna get rid of him twice but we asked them to hold him until we find a place and they got upset and ended up keeping the dog out of spite. The wife reported that the husband is kicking the dog in the throat and beating him and his wife. We asked if we can pick him up, they told us to fuck off and then they called the chip company behind our back and illegally stole my dog. We called the police and they said they'res nothing they can do because the police think that since he's chipped to them he owns them but that's not true. He is still registered to me and legally my dog that they stole and are abusing and the police won't help. | |
